Trees

Trees

Trees can remind us of the stillness we need, yet the firm foundation we must keep.

I love the fact an aspen grove is one of the largest living organisms because they depend on each other for survival and growth — surely there’s a lesson in there for us mere mortals.

We are called to have roots in our faith and be unwavering in our beliefs.  This does not mean we shouldn’t bend, sway, and be open to pruning and change.  But this does mean that our Source of Life is always the same — yesterday, today, and forever.

Be like trees.  Be fed by The Source of Living Water for an abundant life.
