I see so often these days how quickly and fervently people get spun up about the news. Look, there are legitimate concerns in this world, and the world just plain sucks at times. But don’t let the spin get you spun.
We are made in the image of the Divine Creator — we can all choose whether or not we will reflect The Divine goodness or we will let the bitterness, rage, and anger rear their ugly heads.
Let’s not forget we are in a battle — it’s not against what we can see, but what we can’t see. It’s a spiritual battle that has implications far beyond our imagination.
Take time to pause and consider things with an eternal perspective. Our Divine Creator promises to give us infinite wisdom and power — these are far greater than our physical limitations. Just like the battle is not in the physical realm, nor are our weapons. We have spiritual armor and let’s remember to use those weapons boldly.
The Truth is on our side — the war has already been won, but there will still be plenty of battles for us to fight with Wisdom, Spirit, Truth, Grace, and Love.
So be careful that the spinsters don’t get you spinning.
